HOW WE TREAT IT
One appointment, whatever it takes.
Your physiotherapist draws on all of these in a single session, no separate bookings. And at every step, you'll understand what we're doing and why. It's easier to stick with a plan you understand.
-
Hands-on treatment: joint mobilization, soft-tissue work, and stretching to restore movement and settle pain. It's often where a session starts, and it's paired with exercise so the change holds after you leave the table.
-
A fine needle releases tight, overactive muscle that stretching can't reach. It can also help reduce muscle tension and pain when appropriate. Most people find it far less intimidating than it sounds, and your physio will walk you through it before anything happens.
-
Every plan includes exercises built for your body, your schedule, and your goals. We'll make sure you understand why each one matters. This is the part that makes results stick.
-
We watch how you actually move, then fix the pattern driving the problem, not just the spot that hurts. Useful for anyone whose pain keeps coming back.
-
Traditional needling for pain, tension, and recovery. Delivered by a physiotherapist with acupuncture training, right within your regular session. No separate appointment, no separate practitioner.
-
Support and protection while tissue heals so you can keep working, training, or chasing your kids safely instead of waiting on the sidelines.
Also at Station.
Kinesiology & active rehab
Structured, supervised exercise in our gym, with barbells and real load. You'll have a program to follow at home as well, but the work here is coached, not handed over. Strength built for what you actually do, whether that's lifting, sport, or getting through a workday, usually once you're past the acute stage. Our kinesiologist works hand-in-hand with your physio on ICBC active rehab programs and longer recoveries, so your plan stays one plan, not two people guessing.
Women's pelvic health
One-on-one pelvic floor physiotherapy in a private room, for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, incontinence, and pelvic pain. These are common problems, not ones you have to live with, and treatment is more comfortable and more effective than most people expect. Our pelvic health physiotherapist returns in January 2027. Join the list and we'll book you first.
Vestibular & dizziness
Assessment and treatment for vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems. If the room spins when you roll over in bed, that is the most common and most treatable cause, and repositioning often settles it quickly. Other causes take a structured retraining program, and the assessment tells you which one you're looking at.
TPI golf assessment
A Titleist Performance Institute assessment maps how your body moves through the golf swing, then builds a plan to fix the physical limits costing you distance, consistency, or comfort. For golfers who want to play more, hurt less, or find a few extra yards.

billing & access
The easy part.
What it costs.
Fees effective August 2026. We direct bill most extended health plans, so many people pay little or nothing at the desk.
Car accident claims
Within 12 weeks of your accident, ICBC pre-approves 25 physiotherapy sessions and 12 kinesiology sessions. No referral, no approval to chase, and nothing to pay. We bill ICBC directly. Most people don't know the kinesiology sessions are a separate entitlement, so ask and we'll set both up together. After 12 weeks, as long as ICBC has approved further treatment, there is still no cost to you.
Workplace injuries
If WorkSafeBC has accepted your claim, your treatment is fully covered. We bill them directly and you pay nothing.
Holding your appointment
We ask for a card when you book. It isn't charged unless you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, in which case the fee is 50% of the visit.
Not sure what you need?
Just book and we’ll figure it out together.
